Flex is built for landlords without a Placepoint subscription. If you have a portfolio to fill, a subscription is usually cheaper per lead and you see every lead first.
The price follows the size of space the tenant needs, in four bands from 0 to 250 m² up to over 1 000 m². The exact figure is on every card before you buy. Where the size was not stated on the call, the lowest band applies. The same price applies to every buyer, and it is the same whether the tenant employs five people or five hundred.
If the contact details are wrong or the company denies any plans to move, flag the lead from your Flex page within 14 days of purchase. We verify it and issue a replacement credit, redeemed automatically on your next purchase. There are no cash refunds.
The membership and every lead are charged by card through Stripe. You receive a Stripe invoice by email for each charge. Prices are shown ex VAT; VAT is added at checkout.
Yes, anytime, from your Flex page. The membership runs to the end of the paid month and is not renewed. Leads you have bought stay yours.
Subscription customers pay for the first look at every qualified lead in their regions. A lead reaches Flex after their head start, when the release window closes or no subscriber took it. Flex leads are confirmed by our researchers, but they are not exclusive.
Yes. Broker accounts need approval before the first purchase: you can join and register your space right away, and we review the account before you can buy. Some regions are closed to broker accounts (see below).
An exclusive broker partner covers those regions. Broker accounts see the cards for reference but cannot buy them. Landlord accounts are not affected.
Then Flex is not for you: every lead here already reached your feed first, at your subscription price. Sign in and open your leads, or ask your account manager about more regions. A Flex account cannot be created for a company with an active subscription.
