Leads Flex — terms of sale

Who can buy

Leads Flex is offered to Norwegian businesses (næringsdrivende) only, identified by organisation number. It is not available to companies with an active Placepoint Leads subscription.

Membership

490 kr per month excluding VAT (613 kr including 25% VAT), charged by card through Stripe. Cancel any time; the membership runs to the end of the paid period. Cancelling never removes leads you have bought.

Price per lead

The price of a lead follows the size of space the tenant needs, as shown on the card before you buy. The same price applies to every buyer:

• 0–250 m²: 2 500 kr excluding VAT (3 125 kr including 25% VAT)
• 250–500 m²: 3 500 kr excluding VAT (4 375 kr including 25% VAT)
• 500–1 000 m²: 6 000 kr excluding VAT (7 500 kr including 25% VAT)
• over 1 000 m²: 12 000 kr excluding VAT (15 000 kr including 25% VAT)

Where the size need was not stated on the qualifying call, the lowest band applies. Each charge produces a Stripe invoice with 25% VAT and your organisation number.

What you buy

Access to one qualified tenant lead: company name and organisation number, the decision-maker and their direct number, current premises and size, current rent level and lease expiry where known, location preference, the exact space requirement and our researcher notes — in the app and as a PDF by email.

Non-exclusive

Leads are non-exclusive. Subscription customers receive every lead first; a lead reaches Flex 14 days after it was first delivered to a subscriber, or 14 days after qualification when no subscriber received it. Up to 2 Flex members may buy the same lead.

Replacement, not refund

If the contact details are wrong or the company denies any plans to move, flag the lead in the app within 14 days of purchase. We verify and, when confirmed, issue a replacement credit for one lead of your choice. There are no cash refunds. A card dispute with your bank for a delivered lead is contested with the delivery record and closes your account to further purchases.

Use of the data

The lead contains personal data about a decision-maker at a business. You may contact them about commercial premises for your own or your client's portfolio. You may not resell, republish or bulk-process the data, and you must respect any request from the contact not to be contacted again.

Changes

Prices and rules can change; the version you accepted is recorded on your account and on every purchase. Continued buying after a change means accepting the new version shown here.
