How long until I see my first lead?
On the paid plan, the first allocation usually lands within 1–2 weeks of onboarding — sooner if the signals are already firing on companies that match your portfolio. On the free tier, the matched-count snapshot refreshes within a few hours of adding your buildings.
How many leads will I actually receive?
Your tier sets a typical monthly volume (3–7 verified leads for Basic through Pro on the landlord track). Volume varies week to week because we only deliver leads that pass phone validation — we never pad numbers with low-intent rows. If you consistently need more than the tier covers, per-employee-size add-ons are available.
What if you miss the monthly volume target?
The tier number is guidance, not a contractual SLA — relocation signal density isn't uniform across weeks. If a month consistently runs short, we credit or extend the term so you only pay for the volume you actually receive.
What if a lead isn't a good fit for my portfolio?
Mark it not-relevant with a one-line reason. The signal feeds back into the scoring model, and we never re-deliver the same lead inside the contract period. Each portfolio's lead feed becomes more targeted over time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access to your portal and historical allocations through the end of your contract term. A full CSV export of every lead, status, note, and outcome is available from your settings at any time — no lock-in.
GDPR — where is data stored?
All customer data lives in EU regions (database in EU, hosting in EU). We only process Norwegian companies sourced from public registries. A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement is available on request — email hello@placepointleads.com.
Where does the data come from?
PropCloud for the company graph (~1.15M Norwegian companies), Brønnøysundregistrene (BRREG) for governance events, quarterly Enhetsregisteret snapshots for employee history and address changes, and Regnskapstall.no for accounting data. All public Norwegian sources — no scraped or grey-area data.
How are leads scored?
14 signals weighted by predictive power — headcount change, lease-expiry proxy, address density, board changes, capital raises, NACE bucket, and more. The top 0.5% of each region get an S priority; the next 1.5% get A. Bands are calibrated per region so Oslo and Bergen distributions stay comparable.
Which regions do you cover?
Greater Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, and Trondheim. Greater Oslo (~270K companies) is the actively-called cohort; the other three are scored and available on request. National rollout to the rest of Norway is on the near roadmap.
Can I push leads into my CRM?
HubSpot is wired up today — one click pushes a Contact, Company, and Deal into your portal, with the source signal in the Deal description. Pipedrive and Salesforce are next on the integration roadmap. Pro tier also includes outbound webhooks (HMAC-signed, retry-with-backoff) for anything else.
Is there a contract?
Annual contract, billed monthly or yearly — your choice. Lock the early-adopter rate now and it stays at that level for the contract duration; list prices only apply if you start after the first cohort closes.
